The company

Our client is a successful division of a major FMCG company operating across a number of diverse categories. The division specialises in Natural, Free From, Fairtrade and Organic food and drink distributed through major multiples, health food shops and independent retailers. Their export business has grown steadily over the last 5 years and they have a broad range of international customers from organic distributors to Middle Eastern supermarkets. As a result, they are looking for an International Sales Executive to join their team and to be instrumental in providing support to the sales team.


The role

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative, analytical, project management and sales support to the international sales and ingredients team. Key responsibilities include market analysis, system management, including SAGE and customer / distributor support. This is a broad and varied role and presents a real opportunity to be at the centre of the growing international business.


About you

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background and previous experience in an administrative / sales role is essential. International sales experience would be an advantage. More importantly the job requires a highly organised, adaptable and perseverant individual, with excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask. Additional language ability is advantageous, either French or Spanish. You will need to demonstrate plenty of passion, energy and enthusiasm to be considered.
