Andros is a family owned, global food company with a turnover of 2bn Euros. We are experts in fruit and dairy production and owners of the Bonne Maman brand.

Based in West London, the UK business is experiencing rapid growth, having doubled in size over the past 4 years. Our brand Bonne Maman has seen significant success, becoming the nation’s favourite conserve and through new category entry, bringing the brand to Chilled Desserts and more recently Yoghurts.

Our ambitions don’t end there.  We have exciting plans ahead and seek to grow our commercial team to enable the next phase of growth.


Working as part of our commercial team these roles will each take full responsibility for a small portfolio of our major grocery retail multiple customers managing a combination of product categories including both brand and retailer brand products.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the roles have evolved due to the success of internal promotion and further commercial team size investment as a result of our continued sales growth across all of our market leadership and new entry product categories.

The roles offer an opportunity to focus attention on driving further business growth, rather than defending business, in order to exploit clearly defined trading opportunities across each of your assigned major customers.


Having been well trained in modern FMCG food or drink companies, you have developed a strong range of commercial, strategic account planning, negotiation and effective relationship building skills selling brands or retailer brands which you have translated into clearly defined profitable sales growth achievements.

Your commercial career journey must have embraced managing any of the major discounter or grocery retail multiples so giving you a deep understanding of the trade and how to shape and implement effective trading strategies aligned to consumer insights, customer needs and your own business objectives.

Above all, you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and are a happy to ‘roll your sleeves up’ individual with a dynamic, humble and highly personable style which enables you to easily work collaboratively with the broader sales and marketing team and at all management levels.
