ABOUT US

Andros is a family owned, global food company with a turnover of 2bn Euros. We are experts in fruit and dairy production and owners of the Bonne Maman brand.

Based in West London, the UK business is experiencing rapid growth, having doubled in size over the past 4 years. Our brand Bonne Maman has seen significant success, becoming the nation’s favourite conserve and through new category entry, bringing the brand to Chilled Desserts and more recently Yoghurts.

Our ambitions don’t end there.  We have exciting plans ahead and seek to grow our National Account Team to enable the next phase of growth.

THE ROLE

As part of our continued investment for growth we are looking to appoint two National Account Executives, with a view to further developing up to future full NAM status. The NAE’s will report into Senior Commercial Managers, who will provide a strong level of coaching and development support, focused on driving the business, as well as your skills and career progression opportunities.

These roles will involve working with major grocery retail multiples across our Bonne Maman brand-leading jam or desserts products which will include both existing customers as well as shaping and developing new targeted accounts. Both roles offer real variety in which you can grow and showcase your selling capabilities.

ABOUT YOU

Having graduated, you have launched your career in FMCG sales within a major branded business, gaining first-class training and experience using your well-developed skills selling into any of the UK market sectors.

Currently working at TM, RAM or NAE level, you are now looking to step up your career into the world of FMCG National Accounts within a fast-paced business with great brands. You want the support and opportunity to show what you can do and rapidly grow your customer management selling skills.

Most importantly, you are commercially sharp and have a highly-personable, enthusiastic and hardworking style, along with a demonstrable determination to achieve both your commercial business and personal career goals.
