Andros is a family owned, global food company with a turnover of 2bn Euros. We are experts in fruit and dairy production and owners of the Bonne Maman brand.

Based in West London, the UK business is experiencing rapid growth, having doubled in size over the past 4 years. Our brand Bonne Maman has seen significant success, becoming the nation’s favourite conserve and through new category entry, bringing the brand to Chilled Desserts and more recently Yoghurts.

Our ambitions don’t end there.  We have exciting plans ahead and seek to grow our Foodservice Sales Team to enable the next phase of growth.

THE ROLE

As part of our investment for growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to the Foodservice Sales Team who will focus on further building our brand in targeted major end-user accounts and national route-to-market wholesalers. Key objectives will be to strategically plan and negotiate major account trading proposals focused on achieving new customer listings and product distribution gains across our multi-product, category-branded range of added-value, premium products.

ABOUT YOU

To qualify for this position you will need to demonstrate a strong working knowledge and understanding of foodservice sector route-to-market strategies. You will also need to clearly demonstrate how you have achieved a track record of branded product profitable sales growth in recent years within a well known food or drink brand-led business. Your national account management experience should ideally include major end-user accounts and one of the foodservice national wholesalers.

With well-honed negotiation, business planning and influencing skills, you thrive on taking responsibility and ‘hunting’ new business development opportunities. Above all, you are highly personable yet exceptionally driven, with a determined approach to achieving both your business and career development objectives. You also have the ability to ‘hold the floor’ and to influence the business agenda both internally and externally.
