Our client is a highly successful division of a major FMCG company operating across a number of diverse categories. The division has a strong presence in the grocery, household and healthcare categories with market leading brands. Still proudly privately owned and entrepreneurial, our client remains committed to strengthening its presence further in the FMCG sector.

The Role

The business has some really exciting future growth plans for both existing and new brands, supported by significant marketing investment from the respective brand owners. They are now seeking two National Account Managers to join two of their key business units. The job role is home-based but candidates should ideally live within a reasonable commute to south west England, where the head office is based.

Reporting to the Business Unit Controllers, the roles are high profile and have a broad remit. Your key responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of Grocery Multiples customers for an important part of our client’s fast growing and rapidly expanding brand portfolios. Both roles require candidates with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of successfully bringing NPD to market and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with colleagues in category, marketing, finance and supply chain as well as with the brand partners.

About You

For these two positions, we are looking for candidates with NAM experience with a branded FMCG business and having previously managed customers in the UK Grocery Multiples channel. Confectionery or Household category experience would be an added advantage.

A natural self-starter, you have real passion for driving the communication and growth agenda with your accounts to maximum effect. You are an engaging, dynamic individual, with a personal style and an inspiring record of success.
