BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FOODSERVICE CONTRACT CATERING SECTOR

NORTH LONDON

c.£35,000 basic + bonus, car allowance + benefits

THE COMPANY

Our client is a highly successful, entrepreneurial, added-value, premium-branded and own label chilled food business. Led by an inspiring MD, they have achieved substantial sales growth over the last 5 years and recently successfully completed a major new factory capital investment.  The business has a huge focus on food quality and delivers outstanding customer service.

THE ROLE

Our client is now looking for a motivated, dynamic Business Development Manager, to join their busy and vibrant team. Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing new business within both existing and new accounts, with a focus on selling in appropriate Foodservice Contract Catering accounts managing ranging, display and building highly effective customer service models to ensure sales are maximised.

This appointment will provide the opportunity to really drive profitable sales demonstrating what you can do…… In return, my client offers first class coaching, inspiring leadership and the future potential to develop up into a National Account Manager role.

ABOUT YOU

You have developed your sales career within the Foodservice sector either selling food or drink products to key London based account sites…….. Or, having worked for one of the leading catering companies, you are seeking to move your career into a dynamic and progressive high quality food manufacturer.

You are a highly ambitious, driven individual with a personable style which enables you to work as a key member of a small, agile, fast-paced team. Your premium accounts will be very food quality focused, so you will need to be passionate and fully up-to-date with the latest food trends.
