BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – FOODSERVICE SECTOR
NORTH LONDON
To £35,000 basic + bonus, car allowance + benefits

The Company

Our client is a highly successful, entrepreneurial, added-value, premium-branded and own label chilled food business. Led by an inspiring MD, they have achieved substantial sales growth over the last 5 years and recently successfully completed a major new factory capital investment.

The Role

Our client is now looking for a motivated, dynamic Business Development Manager, to join their busy and vibrant team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have strong commercial and strategic acumen. You will be responsible for securing profitable new business with premium accounts in the wider London area, selling the high quality of our clients’ products, negotiating contracts, managing your own P&L and formulating highly effective customer relationships.

About You

You are currently working in a Business Development, Regional Account or Field Sales role in a B2B environment, with a respected Foodservice Provider or FMCG business. You are a highly ambitious, driven individual with a personable style which enables you to work as a key member of a small, agile, fast-paced team. Your premium accounts will be very food quality focused, so you will need to be passionate and fully up-to-date with the latest food trends.
