Outstanding opportunity to join a market leading £550m dynamic UK food business with a substantial own label and household television advertised branded market leading product portfolio.
Following a restructuring of the foodservice, retail and industrial business the Managing Director is looking to appoint a highly professional and experienced Foodservice Business Unit Controller. This role will take full P&L and National Account team management responsibility for a c.£40m portfolio of both foodservice and industrial B2B business.
Having strongly developed your commercial career within well recognised food companies’ Foodservice sector, you have a balance of own label and branded product experience within the foodservice sector. This experience must include managing either Brakes or Bidfood national distributor accounts, together with a sound understanding of major end user national accounts and modern route to market strategies.
Currently operating at Senior National Account Manager or Controller level, you are an accomplished negotiator and experienced national accounts team leader with outstanding drive and determination to win through your team. You are highly personable with the gravitas to ‘hold the floor’ with senior board level key stakeholders both internally and externally.
