You’ll be part of the Alpro OOH Team, focused on both regional and national coffee accounts being both very hands-on and strategic, ensuring we reach the right consumers through our OOH Route To Market and Key Foodservice Operators. As part of a dedicated, passionate team, you will be managing best in class customer relationships, developing profitable business plans and opening new doors, creating new opportunities for both Alpro and our customers. Often you will be leading your customers into new categories and giving them new insights.
With a growth mindset and a confident, collaborative and pioneering attitude, you’ll create strong business relationships with clear KPIs. You will help implement excellent activation for the UK and Ireland market, working closely with the dedicated OOH cross-functional team, whilst integrating seamlessly with the wider divisional team. You’ll manage existing customer plans, timely NPD launches, effective promotional plans and of course the P&L.

This is a new position in a highly visible team within Alpro; you will interact with stakeholders in local Sales, Category, Marketing and Commercial Operations functions. Based on your location, the role could involve some overnight travel to our Head Office in Birmingham and to customer meetings. It attracts a competitive salary package including car/car allowance and bonus.
