In this role you will drive shopper marketing activation for some of the biggest UK grocery customers such as Sainsbury, Waitrose and Asda. You will work closely together with the brand activation team, with your shopper agencies, the sales team and most importantly with your customers to develop and perfectly execute those breakthrough campaigns.
You will launch your bespoke campaigns in-store and online and will analyse the impact on consumer behaviour. Isn’t this great? It gets even better! To be successful in this role you will be of graduate calibre and have found your passion and strongly developed your experience and skills within a large FMCG branded business, in Shopper or Customer Marketing, Category management or in National Account Management roles.
You have championed brand activation projects with multiple stakeholders both internally and with the leading grocery multiple retailers, by taking ownership and driving change that has delivered business objectives. You thrive on teamwork which comes naturally, and together with your top notch abilities to shape data analysis into creative yet effective strategies, influencing and communication skills, you are ready to drive your future career in the exciting world of Shopper Marketing.

This is a highly visible position within Alpro; you will interact with several stakeholders internally and externally. The role is based in our UK Head Office in Birmingham and attracts a competitive salary package including bonus and development opportunities in abundance.
You will report to our Sr. Shopper Marketing Manager who has worked for Alpro for 9 years and has a wealth of experience in digital and shopper marketing! So she can offer you a great learning experience.
