From my 1st conversation with Mark about the role he was fantastic, he had an in-depth knowledge of the role, the business, and the key individuals that I would be meeting throughout the process. He challenged me on my experience and reasons for wanting the role as well as being supportive and giving direction once I was in the process. The communication, insight and feedback were all 1st class!
