Having kept in touch over the years, Mark knew that it was the right time in my career to make the step up from Sales Director to Managing Director, and that Rosewood would be a good fit. Consulting and coaching me through the stages, his understanding of the company was strong, as was his knowledge of the board of directors, and what they were looking for in a leader.
