RECRUITMENT TALENT RESEARCHER – FMCG Sector
Home based – flexible part time working
Attractive day rate and competitive placement bonus
About us
In a world where personality comes second to conformity, SmithCarey are proud to do things differently. Focused on achieving the highest standards in FMCG recruitment and training, through our unique ‘personal touch’ approach. We believe in putting people first, delivering on our promises and outstanding levels of service to support both our clients to attract top talent and our candidates to make the right career move choice.
The role
We are seeking to appoint a highly driven and dynamic Recruitment Researcher who will work with us on a part time, specific recruitment brief basis as part of our supportive recruitment team, tasked by our clients to attract the very best talent from across the FMCG industry, for roles across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, New Product Development, Procurement and Finance.
This role entails finding ways to ‘break the ice and cut through’ in identifying, contacting and discussing key client & job information to the right candidates and influencing their career development opportunity. This will involve identifying talented individuals via LinkedIn search tools, social media plus all other search tools and following up via telephone to verbally brief candidates on the specific job and moving them through to a SmithCarey Recruitment Director to arrange a face-to-face or Teams interview.
About you
You are an experienced, highly personable Researcher/Resourcer or Junior Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of finding top talent, looking for a more flexible home working pattern.
Your recruitment world experience has provided you with a total understanding of how to effectively use modern recruitment led social search media tools and systems to identify the right top talent, but your real skill & capabilities lie around how you use your experience and personality to ‘cut the ice’ in contacting and influencing candidates about the right career job opportunities.
Most importantly you have a bright, confident personality, a can-do attitude and a natural ‘hunter’ style that makes things happen together with a desire to join our team and play a key part in delivering results for our clients.
