The Role
You’ll be managing a portfolio of strategic B2B Food manufacturing accounts, delivering bespoke solutions. Working closely with procurement, NPD and technical teams on both sides, you’ll develop joint business plans, identify new opportunities, and negotiate effectively to grow long-term value.
You’ll need to be just as comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as you are working hands-on with development and technical colleagues. This is a high-impact, visible role where you’ll have real ownership and autonomy. The role is homebased.
About You
You have a minimum of 5 years’ B2B account management experience, ideally in ingredients, flavours, seasonings or adjacent food categories.
You’re a natural foodie, with curiosity for how products are made and where ingredients add value.
You’re a sharp commercial negotiator, confident with pricing, margin management and forecasting.
You excel at building strategic, collaborative relationships across multiple functions.
You’re a self-starter, comfortable working remotely but highly engaged with internal teams.
Experience selling into UK food manufacturers is essential.
You bring energy, ambition and a results-driven mindset.
You have Profit & Loss experience and responsibility.
