The Company

Our client is a key player in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, a company with a rich history and a diverse portfolio of own brands and premium distributed brands. They are now looking to strengthen their HR team with the appointment of an HR Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their next career move and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge in the FMCG sector? We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with leaders to implement HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

You’ll oversee organisational design, talent management, employee engagement, and more, contributing directly to our client’s continued growth and success.

The position is office based with the flexibility to work from home two days a week. The role will also include regular travel to other sites across the company.

About You

Of graduate calibre, you possess proven experience working as an HR Manager / Business Partner or

Officer. You have a strong understanding of HR best practices and commercial drivers and are fully conversant with current UK employment legislation and ideally change management. You can demonstrate a proven track record in organisational design and talent management.

The job requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You possess a resilient, proactive and adaptable mindset.
