The appointment of a new Commercial Director will play a leading role with the execution and delivery of ambitious profitable sales growth objectives.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Executive this high-profile role will sit on the UK Executive team, with a dynamic range of strategic and Sales & Marketing team leadership responsibilities all focused on driving brands and own label business growth within both existing and targeted new drinks product category opportunities.
You will create and own the 3-year strategic commercial plan and annual budgets, while working extensively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure your key business metrics are achieved. To achieve this, you will lead, coach and motivate a talented team of sales & marketing professionals all driven towards driving profitable sales growth and delivering the highest standards of customer service, while living the companies DNA values.

Having successfully developed your FMCG sales and marketing career including c.15 years brand and own label alcoholic drinks commercial management, you are currently P&L responsible for the off-trade retail channel, working as a SD/SMD or Commercial Director for a well-known manufacturer and looking for a new career challenge.
